In the sun-baked hills of Murrieta, California, a quiet revolution in electronics has been unfolding since 2016. What began as a specialized Thick Film solutions provider has evolved into CMS Circuits—a trusted American partner delivering precision where it matters most. From the cockpit of commercial airliners to the quiet rhythm of a pacemaker, our circuits don’t just work. They endure.

The Spark

We started with a clear mission: modernize proven thick film technology using today’s advanced materials, tighter tolerances, and uncompromising quality systems. Every substrate was designed, printed, fired, trimmed, and assembled under one roof at our facility on 41549 Cherry Street, with full traceability from paste lot to final delivery. That foundation of thick film expertise—ceramic substrates, resistor networks, conductors, and hybrid modules—quickly earned the trust of engineers working in aerospace, defense, medical, and space applications.

Our Evolution

For more than two decades, we remained laser-focused on thick film and hybrid microelectronics, continually refining processes and pushing the limits of what’s possible. Then, over the past two years, we accelerated our growth in response to our customers’ expanding needs.

We achieved two pivotal certifications: **AS9100 Rev D** for aerospace quality management and **ISO 13485** for medical device quality systems. These were not simple checkboxes—they represented thousands of hours of process refinement, documentation, training, and system upgrades that elevated our already rigorous standards to the highest industry levels.

With these certifications secured, we expanded our capabilities to offer full **Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)**. We now provide in-house **SMT assembly** alongside our core thick film and hybrid offerings. Customers who once partnered with us only for custom circuits can now receive complete turnkey solutions—from design support and prototyping to full-scale production and testing—all manufactured under one controlled roof with complete traceability and American-made quality.

Yet we are not stopping here. The next chapter is already underway as we actively pursue **FDA Registration**. This milestone will enable us to deepen our role as a trusted **Medical Device Contract Manufacturer**, supporting the full lifecycle of life-critical technologies with the same precision, reliability, and care that has defined CMS Circuits since day one.
